We’ll implement an end-to-end solution to automate cashless transactions between sellers (exhibitors) and book buyers (visitors) at book fairs. By recording all sales transactions, we’ll gather valuable data on market demands by genre, buyer demographics, and exhibitor domains. This data analysis will inform management decisions to improve future book fair services and enhance customer experiences. Additionally, this feature will enable exhibitors to offer credit card payments, catering to the needs of exhibitors outside the UAE who may lack access to local cash card machines.
